No waiting in line; it's straightforward and easy to stop at the corner.

Sitting at the tank station at the weekend of 1 hour, the staff was very friendly and great customer service also in the middle of the night.

No Customer Service at all. Always the staff is on the Mobile Phone and not talking to the customers. No greeting, No emotions nothing. I have been going to this Service station almost over 15 years. However, for the last few years I have been experiencing arrogant, dead customer service and the service station is dirty. Now I go all the way to BP Service Station on the corner of High Street and Stud Rd corner. Or try the Ampol on the Stud Rd to experience good customer service.

The customer service and coffee were both disappointing. It was not as advertised.
