Bidra med feedbackMy experience was disappointing. I moved to one of the stalls, pressed the button, and waited about five minutes, but no one responded. I then tried another stall—pressed the button again, waited another five minutes, and still got no reply. Frustrated, I went through the drive-thru and asked if the intercom was working while they were preparing my food. They seemed confused and asked what I meant. I explained that I had been at the two stalls before driving up, and I was just trying to figure out what was going on. I apologize for any misunderstandings, but the service was really lacking.
On Tuesday at 18:15. dragged to the stall and pressed the red button. it told me that they would be with me soon, just before it went back to tell me that I press the red button to start my order. I thought it was a glimm in the system, so I pushed the button back. I waited for about 10 minutes without answer. okay, I was already at a sonic before they had problems with the stands, I'm going through the passage. after about 15 minutes waiting on the loudspeaker without dead from the other side, I moved into another stall. another 15 minutes later I moved away without food, because I hadn't received any service yet. I don't know what happened to this sonic, but that seems a little inappropriate.
I often drink here, they're pretty fast, even if they're busy.
My partner ordered two drinks, but the order was mixed up. Instead of the sea water and vanilla cok mud we requested, we received a vanilla shake. As for the sea water, it was absolutely terrible! It tasted like flat soda with way too much syrup over ice. Honestly, it was the worst sea water I’ve ever had. This isn’t our first visit to this location, and after several misunderstandings and disappointments, we won’t be returning to the Dalrock location.
I waited at the drive-thru speaker for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. Eventually, a young man took my order for one shake, but in the meantime, I noticed that they were serving everyone behind me. It turns out he never entered my order into the system, resulting in 30 minutes wasted.
