The best burnt pork and offal I've ever had! Seriously. The simple broth and noodles were also excellent!
Finding this restaurant can be a bit challenging since it is tucked away inside a plaza and not easily visible from the outside. **Service:** One of the waitresses was friendly and welcoming, but the older one seemed impatient and a bit rude, which was disappointing. **Food:** Overall, the flavors were quite bland. The Pickled Cabbage Casserole with Lamb had a tasty soup base that I would recommend. However, the Seafood Noodle Soup featured soggy noodles. The Salt and Pepper Pork Ribs were deep-fried but lacked standout flavor. The Black Pepper Beef served on a sizzling plate was only average in taste. Likewise, the Cabbage with Dried Shrimp had a very light flavor, and the Roasted Duck, made from frozen meat, was overcooked and dry. The Pan Fried Duck Chop had a bit of a spicy kick, but it wasn’t enough to impress. Lastly, the Boiled Glutinous Rice Balls in Fermented Glutinous Rice had a subtle flavor. **Price:** The portions were moderate and the prices were affordable, averaging around $20 per person.
Hands down one of the best Chinese restaurants. My family has been coming here for years. Appetizers, dumplings, green onion pancakes, popcorn chicken, spicy/sour soup are all amazing. The service is also very warm and welcoming. Do yourself a favor and try it out.
This is an old restaurant. I came there first time 20 some years ago and surprisingly they still exist in this kind of competition. They used to have other places around area but this is the only one left. Interior resembles the northern Chinese style. Food is good, I cant say it is the best but they are really good to eat. Everyone should try it and see if it is fit their taste.
