Love the pad thai here. my fave place for it! excellent service as well : what more could you ask for?
I have heard from so many friends about this fabulous Thai restaurant that used to locate inside 168 Market in Hacienda Heights. Got a chance to dine there yesterday and, in my opinion, it was a typical Thai restaurant for the non-Thais, not those who born and raised in Thailand like me. Their Chicken Satay with Rice is actually not that bad. Satay is well cool and tasty but, the dish didn 't come with the usual peanut curry sauce and pickled cucumber. The other two dishes we ordered are not recognizable as authentic Thai dishes; Supreme Drunken Noodle is bland and too sweet for me. And I thought it supposed to prepare with thick rice noodle instead of the mung bean noodle that was served to me. The other dish we ordered is Thai spaghetti with cashews. Again, sweet dish with no normal signature tastes of that dish. The price is moderate and service is just ok. They have a special for three free Thai iced tea if you ordered three entrees. I confirmed with the guy that took our order but when I got the bill, I was charged for the iced tea. The server said the special free Thai iced tea is for take out order only. I glance at the sign for this special, I didn 't see that it is for to go orders only.
Customer service is horrible. Girl in the front has such a bad attitude. I thought the holiday decorations looked so pretty and the set up was nice. Came in all happy and smiling but left with such a bad impression with her rude attitude.
Great food and amazing customer service. I've eaten the pad se ew with beef. The steak in it is delicious. I've also had the orange chicken wings! Yes, they are a must now every time I visit. Customer service is amazing, very attentive. I highly recommend this place!
