Dunkin' - Route Gateway

Got my food order horribly wrong. Ordered a half dozen donuts with the app. Got all donuts I didn't ask for. While they got the coffees right. Somehow ended up with a bagel with cream cheese instead of a egg and cheese.

This location is friendly efficient. The coffee always tastes fresh delicious.

Went into Dunkin to grab 5 coffee 's. The young man at the register took my order. They only made 4 coffees. I explained the missing coffee order to the young woman. She said I was never charged for the 5th coffee. Then calls me over to pay for it saying, Is that okay. I answered back no it 's not because I ordered it the first time and he didn 't do his job. Derogatory comment was made in Spanish from the people behind the counter. Completely unacceptable. If you can 't understand English you shouldn 't be at the register and when you make a mistake you should own it. Apologize and make it right. Not turn it around on the paying customer.

Stale EVERYTHING, and you best brush up on your Spanish. Worst Dunkin Donuts in the area.

My wife's a fan. I'm more Starbucks. Luckily they're close!
