Realm Of Terror Haunted House

The deranged cat lady in the first room was especially unsettling. I'm still traumatized from the maze in the pitch-black dark! Loved it when a character would suddenly appear behind you, following. All in all, very spooky!

Very poor experience. Waited in like an hour post our suggested time only to be pushed through like sardines! Staff was rude to my friends and slightly racist as well. I don’t think they accept some people from the inner city at their Northside establishment. Don’t recommend!

Such a fun yet terrifying experience! Enjoyed every single second of it from walking in and getting hot chocolate, to screaming my lungs out throughout the experience!

It was fun, good time, except I waited in line longer than I was in the haunted house. Don’t sell tickets for space you don’t have especially for people who purchased in advance and then got told “spend more to skip the line” the line we weren’t informed would exist, the line before the line if you will. And the scare actors in the waiting area trying hard to force the other paid things on people who literally just wanted to wait to go in the haunted house. There’s nothing wrong with just leaving people to wait for what they already paid for than trying to schmooze them into spending more when they clearly are not interested

Wouldnt have been so bad if one of the workers/security was shining a flightlight and pushing us out from behind (literally his hand on both their backs) telling us he was just making sure we keep going .. bad enough waiting 1.5 hours in line to get rushed through in 15 min and run into the group ahead of us.
