Souffle Cafe - Rotterdam

Fluffy and delicious, the food is served as if it were an artwork. The taste is also artistic. I would recommend and go again. Very authentic

The restaurant smells like waste water and the toilet was dirty. The souffle had a very exaggerated egg taste. The service was okay, but nothing special.

Super sweet staff that provides the sweetest pancakes and the most delicious egg toast for you while waiting in the sweetest ambience of their restaurant! While I was afraid that the Eitoast and the pancakes would smell something like raw egg, that was definitely not the case! The pancakes were delicately fluffy and the flavors (we had tiramisu and cream brulee) were very much at the point. The egg toast was tasty dared and toast. Nothing to complain and we will definitely come back!

Very nice decorated café with delicious fluffy pancakes. I definitely recommend the matcha pancake with a matcha latte.

Love the place! Second time and I'll be back again. Felt like being in Japan. Soufflés were amazing!
