I went for brunch this time and had the French Toast and Chicken!!! Ohhhh myyy goddddd it DID NOT disappoint!! The chicken was crispy and crunchy and fried perfectly it was seasoned well and the French toast...ooooo the French toast wasss delicious. I had a mimosa to drink, it was ok and o started with the yogurt parfait which I also enjoyed.
I 've been to The Whiskey Project a few times now, for brunch, for drinks, and for dinner. The star of the show is obviously their cocktails I mean, duh, whiskey is in their restaurant name! The starters/shareable are also top notch! Do I even need to say anything about their impeccable cocktail list? There is LITERALLY a cocktail for every cocktail drinker whether you 're into rum, whiskey, tequila, gin or vodka... there is at least 3 4 drink options available. Their dinner menu looked pretty unique. We started off with our favorite app, the loaded herb frites (perfect for sharing and pairing with cocktails) then decided to share a couple of entrees. We tried the snapper and the duck breast, both of which were pretty tasty but not mind blowing. The highlight of the meal was the cocktails. I ordered 2 the Me So Honey and the Vesper, both of which were super boozy and tasty gin cocktails. My friend ordered the I 'm a Pretty Little Butterfly and the Mary Jane, both of which were super Insta worthy; the former because it 's pretty and pink, and the latter because of the torching of the Rosemary as the table. I stopped in again earlier this year before they shut down their Roswell location recently for drinks and small dishes. I decided to try the The kalettes were not what we expected, but super addicting. And of course we had to order the tartine and the loaded herb frites, my two personal faves. They weren 't as Insta worthy as usual, but super tasty all the same. Paired with the Mule Project or the Magic Garden, makes for a perfect happy hour or nightcap. I 'm so sad they 're closed for now but can 't wait to see what 's coming soon in Crabapple!
Food and cocktails are always fantastic. Servers are knowledgeable about the menu. Make reservations because it's a small, cozy spot.
Really good food. We had the osso bucco and duck. Both were very nice
