Mcdonald's - Roswell

Issa, the drive-thru attendant, was absolutely amazing! The food was fresh and hot, and I genuinely plan to return solely because of the outstanding service. He truly made my day brighter!

If you enjoy long wait times and orders that are wrong, this is the place for you. I waited for 45 minutes and repeated my order multiple times at both the speaker and the window. They confirmed my order back to me, yet still got it wrong. This experience was only a slight improvement over the last time, when they completely ignored me and took the order of the next car that arrived. I won't be returning.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to Issa in the drive-thru who was taking orders and handling the cash register. I hope I got the name right! They have such great energy and provided wonderful service. I'll definitely be coming back!

Ordered for Drive-Thru pickup on the app cause there was a free quarter pounder offer with orders of at least $1. Got there, had me pull up to a parking spot cause order was still being made. Pulled up, waited around 5 minutes, but kept seeing cars fly bythe drive-thru with their orders. Walked into the store, got my order then. Got home, realized that they gave me the wrongsandwiches. Better off cooking at home and saving the gas.

McDonald's is consistently good, though not extraordinary. The fries are definitely the highlight.
