I regret not that they come because they are the worst competent service ever! when I ordered my food, the rude hired person was frustrated with me because I asked if the fresher had caffeine. he had a terrible attitude that took my order. So I have taken the initiative to tell him to calm down with the rude wise to speak to me. he as ! he said I can continue with my day because he will not take my order he will also mention I can call the bulls if I wanted, but he will not take my order. clearly he has no idea what the customer service is about. I will make sure that business knows how bad and disgusting I was treated. please save yourself a head act and don't dare you here!
The service here is terrible. they let me wait for 20 minutes on the drive and asked me to park. when I got to eat, a part of the order was wrong. I came out of my car and went in to complain and ask for the correct order. I was late to get my child for school and frustrated at this point. the person I appreciate is the manager, was quite rude. he accused me of throwing a sandwich on the counter and that he will not give me any of this? I didn't do anything about it. I was horrified and stabbed by his commentary. I had paid for eating. I understand that we all have a hard time, but his comments were hurt. I got my order because my child had specifically asked for it, and left in water. I'm not going back there.
I went about a multi-carrier bagel this morning, not just cream roasted. After I paid for it, I wait, wait and wait until they finally give me the wrong bagel. they tell him that was in the bagel I ordered, and they tell me that they are made of multi-grained amides. it would have been nice if they had told me at the beginning before I paid for it so I didn't have to waste my time. So I told myself about it. I didn't get my money back. I ran away.
This dunkin always gets my order wrong. I wish they would take the time to check what they do instead of chatting as if they hadn't seen each other for years. parking: parking space may suck at a good day 10 slots but they share them.
Awful customer service! The new staff takes an eternity to take your order and serve your food. I honestly waited in line for 30 minutes. The food is consistently cold. If you don’t enjoy your job, consider finding another one instead of affecting the dining experience of paying customers.
