Chili's Grill - Roswell

We had a fantastic meal in Chile today! My wife and I are vegetarians, and we were delighted to find that every burger offered a black bean patty as a substitute for those of us who don't eat meat. Our server was exceptional, and James, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our experience. We were really impressed and will definitely come back!

Very disappointed by my visit tonight. was not treated with the biggest service, waited for over 45 minutes to eat. when two more tables had gone before us, the “Error” was reported in their “technology” and the waitress had a fucking look at her face, as we did not even leave the restaurant for which we had ordered. Make sure they stop eating here, they will not be fed in jessica section they also went all the time while I was in the restaurant with a shitty look at her face and we were not the only table that did not get her eat. so we were not the only family with small children who went out with the children. the manager did not seem interested in doing something about it.

We waited 45 minutes for our food, and we weren’t the only ones who didn’t receive anything. This place is truly disappointing. Save your money and find a better place to eat. The waitress had a poor attitude, and the manager was nowhere to be found. As someone who frequently takes car rides for work, I’ve experienced various dining situations and I’m always good at tipping. Overall, I would rate the food 1 out of 5.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and our waitress was particularly warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this place! Food rating: 5/5.

Food was sub-par drinks where weak and when I asked for a box for the half of chicken sandwich and fries I had left I waited 15 minutes my server walked by twice never looked my way, thinking she would drop my box off when she had time I whent to use the restroom,I was walking back my table just in time to watch my server throw my chicken sandwich in the trash. I know this is just a chilis and in God forsaken Roswell at that so my expectations were not high. They left me thoroughly disappointed anyway.
