Arby's - Roswell

I really enjoyed the friendly staff at this restaurant. The women working there treat you like an old friend. The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming, and I will definitely be returning.

At first, the service was slow in taking our order at this restaurant. They asked us to pull forward and wait for the chicken nuggets from my 2-year-old's meal because they needed to cook them. We waited, but they forgot to give us his juice. When the food finally arrived and we drove home, we discovered that the nuggets they had cooked were raw inside. This was a dangerous mistake that could have made my son sick. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this restaurant.

This was my fourth visit to the restaurant to purchase two chicken sandwiches for $6, but instead I received an orange crème drink. When I got home, I discovered that the chicken was very dry and appeared to have been sitting out in the heat for too long, causing it to dry out. I live 15 minutes away and do not have time to go back to have this issue fixed, as I need to return to work. What a waste of time! I will not be going to this restaurant again.

Don?t get me wrong, their foods are delicious but the service is so poor. I ordered a drive-through for a turkey sandwich and a Reuben and then they confirmed my orders. When I move forward they said they don't have a wrap anymore? Like duh, they can justtell me when I was ordering not like telling me right there by the window that it's not available anymore. It happened not justonce but multiple times to me.

I liked all the people who worked there. they feel like you've known them for a long time. very comfortable place and I will go back there. food: 5/5
