I attempted to place an order and clearly stated that I have allergies to dairy and fried eggs. I specifically chose meals that were supposed to be free of fried eggs, but the staff informed me that they couldn’t accommodate my request. When I inquired about other options on the menu, they still said it wasn't possible and abruptly hung up the phone. The customer service was disappointing.
