Bidra med feedbackI start from the only positive thing, the parking lots and I conclude with: SAVE THOSE WHO CAN. I'm a guy who travels a lot and honestly I've never found myself in this situation...very low quality food at dinner (a plain pasta or a cutlet with potatoes was better)...service: I give one star because there isn't any. it is 0. Unqualified people. The courses arrived late and incorrectly served even in the previous dish, the wine unspeakable (the next day decanted into jugs) natural water from the sink. The following day they also charged us for coffee at breakfast (horrible). So many things have happened that I prefer to stop here... I'm sorry but there's a lot to improve!
I'm sorry to write such a low review but the property leaves a lot to be desired. Dinner on the 31st was really terrible with food and poor wine. Lunch the next day, included in the package, was served with acidic wine in a jug and obviously without coffee which had to be paid for separately. Not to mention the coffee that I had to pay for that same morning because it had gotten late the night before, being 31 and we went down a little after the actual time. In the room you could hear corridor noises and people talking in other rooms, so zero privacy and soundproofing. From a 4-star hotel I expected much better, starting from the cleanliness of the stairs where even today there were confetti from the celebrations of the 31st.
New Year's Eve dinner... terrible!! ..the food was poor not to mention everything else..
We stayed for one night, we ordered a suite, the photos speak for themselves. Zero cleaning. We found hair everywhere, towels not washed but only collected, minibar completely empty, not even a bottle of water. Acceptable breakfast... in short it was our second (we had decided to give it a second chance) and last time. I am sorry!
The only positive note, the next day a walk along the seafront, lunch on January 1st with good Calabrian appetizer, good lasagna, good casarecce with mushrooms and bacon, good for the second course of pork loin with baked potatoes, fresh fruit and for sweet tiramisu. I wouldn't recommend it if not for the good group that made the stay cheerful and light-hearted. Happy 2024. Rooms: With Noteworthy details: The rooms have many defects, the mattress of the bunk bed is too thin and uncomfortable, the safety bar of the upstairs bed is broken and not usable, the light sockets on 4, 2 broken and not working, the lamp on the bedside table broken and burnt out with dirty lamp covers, clogged shower and sink drains with slow drains, broken shower head, impossible to direct, broken shower hose with leaks on every side which limit the flow rate of the shower water, the silicone on the toilets was yellow, moldy and unsightly, even if it was put in so much that there were no leaks, the bathroom door was difficult to close\open due to the door being swollen by water or the floor not being level. The hotel does not represent category 4 service quality ; the bathrooms on the dining/dinner floor of the lounge were dirty and had broken doors, on the occasion of the dinner on December 31st with a high number of customers, it was necessary to go to the toilet in company, the kitchen service was not very accurate for the quality of the meal, the appetizer nothing inviting, prawn risotto inedible, raw, served uncooked, the outdoor swimming pool green and dirty, even the view wants its decoration. Second stay made and the massage service not available on this occasion either, the spa program is not a relaxing program but regenerating and invigorating, the water in the pools is too cold.
