Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

The wedgie burger was wonderful! It is a bit messy, but worth it. The lettuce wrap was fresh and crisp!

We ordered a side of broccoli, wasn't received. The 7 personal pizza was waaaay smaller; as it could have been used as a drink coaster. As for the sweet potato fries; they were a tiny portion of burnt, cold, stale bits. It's really disappointing for a customarily decent restaurant.

We love this place. We go at least twice a month. Our waitress Candice is always amazing. They're all very nice. Love the fact that they're coming the fries. They also ensure that your drink is constantly refilled. And of course the food is so delicious. We'll keep doing it well!

Personell was a little short and Curt. Host was less than warm and friendly. Server seemed in a hurry and rolled her eyes when she was flying down for refills. She seemed overwhelmed. Staff are a real problem today. This is a management training problem and will not be fixed until customers complain and business falls off. Place was cleaner than the last time. Food was pretty good, tasteful and hot. The Appetizer came out after the meal was served, but not so much. Food came out right and they divided the burger into separate baskets that were beautiful. Like many restaurants, this Red Robin recently stopped. I would say that this place is on the way back to the pandemic with a little sequel from the trainers. Two old school is worth mentioning; 1. Servers take beverage glasses from the rim instead of half glass. Not very hygienic or a patron who drinks her mouth on the edge. The same hand that previously held a dirty towel. 2. Food supplied with baskets stacked on food. Floors of baskets, such as trays are not hygienic and should be in direct contact with food. Is it necessary to stack? Paper separators would be an option. Came for the $10 offer that was very appreciated. As an older couple on budget, we were glad to have such an offer available. To finish it from our server was very nice and attentive. He made it a pleasant visit. Come back!
