Chipotle Mexican Grill - Roseville

I don't know why this app doesn't have a 0 star rating. This SPECIFIC Chipotle is beyond bad. The workers there are so lazy. I know that it's a 9-5 job, but at least put some effort? Right?!? There was this young lady that was SUPER lazy. She took her time to put on gloves and to serve the customers. It was 3 PM on a Friday, NO white rice was even available. The people there can give no **** about their job. All in all, the workers are severely understaffed and they clearly hate their job. Also, don't work at a fast food unless you can give good customer service and put some effort into pleasing your customers!

This is based on my most recent experience I 've ordered from here before in person and everything was fine, I love Chipotle 's food always hot and fresh. This time I ordered over the phone and that was actually impressive seeing it was an automated voice but I had no trouble at all and I thought man this is awesome! I showed up five min early maybe to pick up and they had my bag ready so I was thinking this was so easy and fast I 'll do this from now on but then I opened my food and it was really sparse and I 'm so used to them really laying it in thick for everything and was cold so that was super disappointing.

This is the worst chipotle I have been to in my life. It took 20 minutes just to do a simple bowl. No regard for anyone's time . The line just grew longer and longer while employees are just walking around doing nothing.

I rarely eat Chipotle these days. Adding reasons to my list every time. So we had just got back from a 6.5 hr road trip from Chicago. Got here around 830, as we approached the counter the staff had alerted us they were out of cheese guac. After driving for such a long time we were like whatever. My sister requested Chipotle it was her birthday so I wasn't going to argue. I remember a time I ate Chipotle religiously. I mean I ate it 4 5 times a week. But the chicken was white meat. I've had undercooked chicken many times from various chipotle locations so the new dark meat/ with pink/reddish insides throws me off. I don't eat pink/red/undercooked poultry but to each its own. The meat was really fatty too. I ended up picking out all the chicken (it was a little too pink fatty for me) and ended up eating rice, pico Tabasco the only sauce out of 3 they had available). This location is attached to the mall I understand it may have been an extremely busy day we went towards the end of the day but overall it was mess. Chipotle used to be way better. Quality is non existent. After all the outbreaks over the last several years you would think they would make sure the meat (especially poultry) is cooked all the way. Just another outbreak waiting to happen.

Horrible.... I don 't know where to begin. First when I walked in I immediately noticed the garbage piling over in the front and all over the restaurant, tables weren 't clean. When I got up to the counter to order my younger sister food who doesn 't know how to order properly I was refused the meal because I need to order it online I asked for a kids meal quesadilla?! Never coming back.
