Pizza Pasta Duo Gusto - Rosemère

I had the unfortunate experience of trying the worst pizza I've ever had. The crust was incredibly dry and tough, and the cheese was hard and flavorless. The all-dressed pizza was topped with barely-there, paper-thin slices of mushrooms and peppers. I understand that they want to sell all their slices, but when they look and taste like this, they should really be tossed out rather than sold, especially at full price.

I've been visiting this restaurant since I was a child, and I absolutely love it! Everything on the menu is delicious, but my favorite dish has to be the spaghetti, haha! The wonderful chef does an amazing job, and the entire team is fantastic. Sure, things aren't always perfect, but this little restaurant is the last of its kind, and it brings me comfort every time I go.

What an amazing meal for the entire family! The poutine is the best I've ever had, and the pasta is simply out of this world. Incredible!

The cashier is extremely rude. I asked for the pizza+pasta trio. He understood pizza+poutine. I said “excuse me I asked for the pasta not poutine” in a very nice way. Instead of saying “oh I’m sorry what pasta would you like?”, he just started screaming. He took the pizza away angrily, telling me that I did not say what I said. He took my receipt and charged me MORE for just the pasta.

$50 for 3 slices of lukewarm, dry and tasteless pizza, 10 tortellini pasta, 1 mini fries and poutine 2 mini glasses of beverage without the possibility of refilling! The lady at the cash desk who clearly doesn't know what customer service is. No smiles, no thanks, speaks 2/3 English! Never again
