Bidra med feedbackMy son and I placed orders online for carryout. I ordered pizza and wings and he ordered the same at about 1pm. I chose to pay for my order in store and my son prepaid for his order. Anyhow, we were notified via email that our orders were ready for pickup by 145pm. I didn 't walk in to pick up both orders until almost 255pm. A whole two hours after we had ordered online and more than one hour after we were notified. When I walked in 255pm my order was ready with no issues. However, my son 's order which was one thin crust pizza, wings, and a 2 liter of soda was not ready!!! A whole 2 hours after we initially ordered and 1 hour after the notification that our order was ready. So, I had to ask what happen? There was a young male behind the counter and his response was, I don 't know? ... Anyhow, I ended up waiting a whole hour just to get the wings for that order. Also, the pizza for that order was not fresh. It 's obvious that it had been sitting there for a while. Furthermore, instead of getting the actual mango habanero wings that my son had originally ordered we were offered regular hot wings. We took them because it had already been 3 hours since we placed our order and we were just tired of waiting. In closing, I understand that things happen but there 's got to be a better way of doing things...
This is the first time that Domino's has made my order absolutely perfect! In fact, Blanca from the Garvey location made the best pizza we've ever had at Domino's. It’s clear that she takes pride in getting the order right, and it tastes fantastic! Thank you, Blanca!
This time, we ordered three large pizzas and spent $26.25. To be honest, it was mediocre. We should have just gone to Little Caesars for three Extra Most Bestest pizzas, saved $10, and been much happier! By the way, where was the cheesy goodness?
I have always been pleased with their timely service. I've been ordering from this place for many years now.
This location has extremely poor customer service. The staff who answer the phone are not only unhelpful but also quite rude. If they don't enjoy their jobs, they should consider finding different ones. It seems they could benefit from being trained on how to provide proper customer service.
