Mcdonald's - Roselle

If i could have givin a -10 i would have .every time i go to this place its SUCKS went at 7 am hash browns ice cold egg and sasage mc muffin cold muffin burnt . went at 10:57 was told not serving lunch yet be nice if the person at the speaker spoke ENGLISH ! then i ordered a egg and sasage mc muffin meal and wanted a extra samwich for $1 they said i couldnt do that and its on the sighn at the drive through finally after 2 min of silence they said ok whenni got my food it was cold and there were 2 sasage only mc muffin sandwiches this place needs corporate to investigate. i wont be goin back ever and i live in this town !

Doing the best they can with all the different menu items, complicated customer orders, and the industry-wide staffing issues.

Not too happy with this location. Only go occasionally since it's two minutes from my house. Many times the food is just warm and sometimes it's actually cool. The service is just okay. When using drive thru it usually takes in my opinion too long to get you're food, even when their not busy. I would recommend another location.

I ordered hot cakes and a breakfast burrito and a small coffee. I received 2 burritos and small coffee. No cream no sugar no napkins. The person that took the order did not speak English. When picking the order no englisbI will never go to mcdonaldsPost rose.

Never lets you down it is always clean ..People are always friendly ..helpful..Food is fresh and hot...I was a manager fir 8 yrs at McDonald's ..this would b a team I would like to work with ..They Had Team work great additudes quick service with a smile ?..and I have nit said that in my 39 yrs of working in fast foods about any place.. Thank you for going above and beyond...
