Food was charred (it was dry) if it wasnt for the flamethrower sauce to cover it up i wouldnt have finished it, fries were good but were ruined bye the fact of how fly 's continuously kept landing on then making me throw then away mid way through. Dude Ronan Dairy needs to get their stuff straight. How do you mess up a simple order... not once but twice! Mind you the whole time the receipt shows the correct thing... Ordered a #2 which is a triple bacon cheeseburger Standard w/ everything that comes on it. Attempt #1 I got something completely different which I believe was the backwoods bacon ranch burger or something like that. Attempt #2 I then got a Double Cheeseburger w/ no bacon and not all of the toppings. I am seriously disappointed in them. Should be dbl checking the food before sending it out! Such a waste!!! They used to be really good but has since gone down hill. How did the young manager on duty handle it... not the best. I was asked what I wanted and explained I wanted what I ordered. Seemed pretty simple but I guess not. I will be calling the owner and speaking with him getting this taken care of! Horrible experience, if you’re thinking of stopping there, don’t. the service was incredibly slow, and the interior was filthy. the bathroom doors didn’t lock and my friend got walked in on. everywhere you looked in the restaurant there were flies, including five that landed on me and my food while i was trying to eat. my blizzard and my friends blizzard tasted like pool water and chemicals. they filled our water from the sink and glared at us when we complained about the blizzards. don’t go there, it’s a health code violation and not an enjoyable experience.
