Steak 'n Shake - Rome

Everything is done via kiosk, and normally I would have rated it a 2 for that. However, a staff member came over from the counter and helped me place my order on the kiosk, which I appreciated.

The food was delicious, and the restaurant was tidy. I wasn't a fan of the self-ordering system. However, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

We travel all the way from Alabama to visit this place! The staff and team are fantastic. We've never had a bad experience here.

Steak 'n Shake has been my favorite restaurant since childhood. I love the ambiance, and the friendly and attentive waitstaff who always check in to ensure you're enjoying your meal or if you need anything. Every time I visit, the food is of the highest quality—fresh and delicious. If there’s ever a problem with your order, they are more than willing to remake it for you. Everything about this Steak 'n Shake is perfect; I wouldn't change a thing about how they operate, and I will definitely be returning often.

The burger was juicy and delicious, and our server was incredibly kind and efficient. Although I can't remember her name, her initials were BB. You could truly tell that she made my cherry limeade with care. The food was served promptly and was hot and fresh. I had a wonderful dining experience.
