Franklin - Rome

What can be said about the Franklin except that it never disappoints. Our club has been going for turkey dinner w. all the fixings for years now and it is a dinner I always anticipate with glee! Food is amazing, service is exceptional, We have been there for other occasions and also just with a couple friends for dinner. There is never a complaint! I hear the desserts are fabulous too, but who has room for dessert after a Hotel Franklin meal? Not I. Dietary restrictions: They have always been able to honor gluten-free entrees. Parking: large parking lot across the street as well as on-street parking.

Went to fish fry Friday with family. The clam chowder was awful. 1 clam, too many potatoes and carrots. Not sure if the server didn't stir the pot? Fish fry was great. Git the chicken greens it was disgusting low grade chicken cutlet that had the taste of a chicken patty and was extremely tough and all I could taste was vinegar in the greens and nothing seemed to be even close to fresh Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1
