Special Gricia! Seeing the care that goes into the dishes tried, the others must also be truly excellent. We had a carbonara, a gricia and a homemade chocolate mousse with very good meringues. Congratulations to this restaurant which carries on with great care from the restaurateurs a story (very curious if you can get it to be told) and truly high quality Roman cuisine.
