What to say.. Rosa the owner and super cook has been there for about 60 years, she is my mother's age.. And this means that they know the flavors and tricks of the past in their kitchen! Whatever you buy, from sweet to savory, it is an explosion of taste! The donuts.. I have never, ever had acidity! The pastiera, the pizza, the suppliiiiiii.... You should be eternal! Roast chicken with potatoes cooked like it used to be...when there were real rotisseries! Excellent is an understatement... but even the pizza with vegetables or mozzarella is super!
