Bidra med feedbackWe started with chicken poppers, seafood chowder, and garlic flat bread, all of which were delicious. For our main courses, we tried the Pork Belly, Steak with chips and eggs, and the Crumbed Beef Schnitzel, all of which were fantastic and cooked to perfection. The portion sizes were generous, especially the Pork Belly which was much larger than the standard serving size at other restaurants and at a lower price. The drinks were also reasonably priced, with a glass of wine costing only $11, a great deal compared to other places. In today's economic climate, value for money is important and Quartz definitely delivers on that front. Every customer leaving the restaurant had takeaway containers, demonstrating the impressive portion sizes offered. In all aspects, Quartz earns an A rating. This was my first visit but certainly won't be my last. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in or visiting Rolleston.
Had a great experience at Quartz. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. The beef burger was a good size, not quite enough salt for me, but there were salt and pepper grinders on the table so it was no problem to season. My partner loved the prawn curry and our daughter though the chicken burger was great too.
The food was attractively presented and tasted great. Very reasonable price too. Excellent service and friendly staff helped top it all off.
Went with daughter for easy midweek meal. Decor industrial/art deco and tidy, lighting not too bright which was great. Food was fantastic and really well cooked. Prawn twisters were juicy and crisp outside. Ribs were soft and sweet. Fries evenly cooked and not too much slaw. Pork belly burger was even better, bacon and pineapple good sweet mix. Will def be back. Cocktails were 80s which is best era by far! Service was excellent… girls friendly and helpful . Awesome for local restaurant
Just home from a lovely evening at Quartz. Table of nine most from out of town. All agreed a lovely meal, with very pleasant staff. All in all a great night. Only one down side, no Tiramasu which we all said that’s what we would have. Great job
