Penelope's - Rolla

Appropriate prices. Great service. Fish lunch was hot, crisp, delicious. Salad fresh and beautifully presented. There were no homemade deserts, but cakes looked good.

Great food, friendly people. Penelope's is one of my favorite restaurants in Rolla. The pizza is great, the Greek pizza is wonderful, the Med inspired dishes such as the Souvlaki and chicken souvlaki are wonderful. Steaks are good and the price is right. Breakfast is good, fast and not too expensive. The owner is ready to do special enquiries, and precautions to feed my food allergy daughter what she can eat. You are not locked in the menu just ask if you want a kind of basic substitution.

Exceptional Greek salad. I had the chicken gyro dinner and the meat was well seasoned and the tomatoes and onion was incredibly fresh. My friend had made one of her pizza with her homemade dough and it was great! No complaints. Service was great and food was also. A pleasant surprise.

Absolutely delicious. The chicken and pork souvlaki we had was tender and well marinated. The cheese balls of the Appetizer were quite delicious and made from the Cheddar cubes; but they were a bit expensive $6) and filling. Absolutely a must try!

American, Greek and Italian Food. This restaurant caters to the Locals of Rolla. It's signiture dishes are its hand cut steaks, gyro's and desserts. No senior discounts are offered. I had the very inexpensive breakfast special. Eggs were very fresh and served with sausage patties made in the store along with hashbrowns. Restaurant was extrememly clean for those who are concerned about those sorts of things. Staff was very professional and the food came quickly. Just off Interstate 44. Worth a visit.
