Hotel Novotel Convention & Wellness Roissy Cdg

Staff is very friendly. Clean rooms with good facilities. Wifi is not stable, often drops me off. Breakfast is nice and have a big variety of food. Extra point for the small spa area (pool, sauna, steam room).

We stayed in this hotel and ate at the restaurant; that was a mistake. Getting the attention of a waiter to take an order was the first challenge; they stayed out of the way in the kitchen to avoid having to serve customers. When one...appeared, he or she was immediately flagged down by several tables. Well, we managed to place an order; an omelette, tempura hake and wine. 2 out of 3 arrived correctly; the third was transformed into chicken salad. They had no interest in correcting their error. The folks at the next table had the same experience a computer error . The wait staff don 't take responsibility for computer errors , clearly. Avoid this place like the plague.

Store puts everything on its atmosphere and service, and it's successful, your team is excellent! you are one of the best restaurants of mauregard, the value ratio is appropriate, the decor is pleasant and the map always suits me.

When traveling on business to this hotel, I can only encourage you to book your stay there for one or more nights. Ideally located near Roissy airport and Aeroville. Parking sufficiently large and equipped with charging stations. All the staff (reception, breakfast, bar, housekeeping and back office) are responsive, welcoming and their professionalism is to be highlighted.
