Starbucks - Rohnert Park

Ok so, for this Starbucks being inside target, you'd think that they'd have more than one person working, especially on the weekend. The young lady working her name is Melissa and she did an AMAZING job keeping the line in order, busting our drinks and working that register!! It was busy and the whole time keeping her cool. Someone please give that girl a raise she is obviously your best worker and you cannot afford to lose an employee like that.

Is there a way to give no stars? This is the worst Starbucks ever. I keep giving them chances and chances and I'm done. I will drive five minutes further to go to any other one. Literally in the last week I have thrown $18 in the garbage. I've ordered iced lattes and they always under shoot me a shot so it taste like pure milk. Today I thought I'll be tricky and I will actually pay to get a quad and maybe they'll actually make it right and still they only gave me two shots. I literally am so mad and I just don't understand why the manager there can't teach people how to make drinks right. Every other Starbucks knows that and ice latte it is a Venti gets three shots and a hot one gets two. This is the only store that doesn't know that and I've been drinking the same drink for 20 years. Sorry if I'm ranting but I'm just pissed that I keep giving him shots to actually get a competent person making the drink but clearly that's impossible. At least I don't waste money at the one in Cotati or at the other one at Rohnert Park. I should go and complain and get for free drinks but I honestly don't even walk in there because I have nothing good to say and I'm sure it will come out very wrong.

Allows non service dogs into the store. Disgusting and disrespectfull. People who have dissabilities need their service Animals...not people who just want their pets with them. This dog was a pitbull (not a service animal) and was not wearing a service dog vest. Instead of asking him to leave the dog outside, they served him. Its the same as parking in a handicapped space, that right is reserved for Handicapped indivisuals. Will be contacting health services

I ordered a VT pumpkin spice Frappuccino. What I got was blended water flavored nothing! Don't bother going here. The morning crew is grossly incompetent! If they don't like making Frappuccinos in the morning, maybe they should get a different job!
