Kum Go - Rogers

I find myself coming here more often than I probably should, but the staff at the counter are always incredibly friendly and polite. It’s refreshing to have cashiers who genuinely enjoy their work. Great job, Kum N Go! This location is fantastic!

I recently visited the Kum & Go location on New Hope and was taken aback to see an employee named Danni sweeping the lobby floor without any shoes on. As a former employee of Kum & Go, I found this behavior completely unacceptable and unsanitary, as it goes against health codes. There were two other employees on duty, but no general manager present, and no one seemed to address the situation. This displays a lack of professionalism that is quite concerning. Over the last two years, this store has really deteriorated. I often find myself waiting in line with five or more customers, even though other staff members are available to assist at the registers. The floors and sales areas frequently appear dirty and understocked. This used to be one of my favorite stores, despite the staff or management, but now it feels like it has fallen into disrepair, resembling a place on the less desirable side of town. I'm genuinely disappointed in how the company is allowing its stores to be run!

I filled my car with $30 worth of gas, but my card ended up being charged $100. When I asked about this inside the store, the employee told me there wasn’t anything they could do. I left my name and number for the manager to contact me, but I never heard back. I called again and spoke with another employee who explained that when you pay at the pump with a card, there's a temporary hold fee of $75-$100, which should be refunded in a couple of days. I'm feeling skeptical about this because I was already charged $100, and I still haven't seen any refund.

This is an excellent corner store and gas station that offers a friendly staff, plenty of parking, and all the necessities you might require. I'm really enjoying the rewards program and the chance to win a BRP ATV with Mountain Dew—it's currently my favorite indulgence!

I'm a regular customer at this Kum & Go. Whenever I fill up my gas tank or stop by for drinks and cigarettes, I go to this store. However, I have to say that the older woman who works during the day, with short white hair, is quite unpleasant. She refused to sell me cigarettes because I left my driver's license in my car. I look my age and haven't been asked for ID in years. Her rudeness and lack of customer service skills are quite frustrating. I understand the need for ID, but not from someone who comes in for cigarettes every couple of days. Overall, I left feeling really upset. That's all I wanted to say!
