Kum Go - Rogers

I used Pump 16 and ended up being charged for premium gas even though I selected the regular option. I was charged $10 extra for the cheaper gas. The receipt clearly stated "premium," but I am certain I chose the lower grade. When I brought this up inside, the staff just looked at me blankly and said they would investigate, but they didn't offer a refund. I won't be returning! I also advised them to prevent this from happening to anyone else, but I doubt they'll take any action.

I stopped by to order a pizza, and I couldn't believe it— a baby roach scurried across the counter in the kitchen area. Naturally, I was disgusted. I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, who I believe was working on Tuesday around 3:30 PM. Unfortunately, she was quite rude, and I noticed that her fingernails were dirty, which raised concerns about her hygiene in a food service environment. As a manager, one should maintain a certain standard, as it reflects on the entire establishment. Given this experience, I won't be returning, and I plan to warn my friends and family as well.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. I've visited several times, and it has always been clean and well-managed. The staff is both helpful and friendly. I truly enjoy coming here; everything has always gone smoothly. Thank you for your support of First Responders!
