Mcdonald's - Rocky Mount

The personal sometimes tries to be nice, but there is always a problem with my eating. they always say they will fix it when I come back next time, but I never have time. I want them to do it for the first time. Moreover, they have to keep their younger employees on customer service etiquette a little more and as they remain professional. food: 3/5

This has to be one the worst fast food places I've ever encountered. The staff is rude, the food is old and cold and the mgrs have the worst attitude. Horrible.

Never really rated a MCDONALD'S before. This particular location deserves notice. No rude teens behind the counter, only a professional and mature teen. I was greeted with smiles and courtesy of fashioned service. This location was clean and welcoming and obviously well managed.

I've been at least 4times since I've been in town and not always for me. But you know everyone loves McDonald's.Kid-friendliness: Kids are always happy when they get that happy meal.

Got sick from eating a ice cream cone.....best u clean the mechine n take out the mold
