ONE 53 - ROCKY HILL

This restaurant in the Princeton area is the best we have tried so far. Since moving here, we have visited several highly rated and expensive restaurants in Princeton, but have always been disappointed. However, this restaurant exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious (we tried the octopus, mussels, 2 fish entrees, and cheesecake for dessert) and all were tasty, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The wait staff was attentive and courteous without being overbearing, and the atmosphere was lively and relaxed. We will definitely be returning.
