Excellent customer service, warm and efficient, went fine, 20 minutes worked well. The food was very fresh. I love selling IBC single bottles so you can't be stuck with well soda. Your lemon pepper is probably the best taste they have. Your spicy Bbq was pretty good. I'm back for the service.

You never answer phone calls if an hour to close. Had that happened to me three times when I was gone for 10 minutes so I had to go to the place. Just to find it empty and leave the employees ready. Get responsible ladders because this is simply unacceptable. Smh. wings were good.

I absolutely love the food here; it's consistently excellent. However, during my last visit, I noticed I only received 8 wings instead of the 10 I paid for. This has happened to me before as well—last time I only got 9 out of the 10 I ordered. It's quite frustrating and a bit ridiculous.

Horribler customer service. Tall guy (not ready to say his name) showed bad attitude. I stood there 15 minutes to place my order and he did nothing. Not recommended

I went to pick up my order, and a tall Black man was just on his phone, scrolling through messages. My order was ready, but when he went to grab it, he completely ignored me and kept looking at his phone. His behavior was quite rude, and I believe he should be addressed about it.
