I've had several times where the lettuce has been hard and very bitter for some reason, to the point where I wont order it anymore. Great food, just leave the lettuce off to avoid the times that happens and you're golden.
Small portions, chewy chips and hard/crunchy rice. Prices are way too high for sub par product.
Extremely small burrito, showed up like warm and stale
I got a bowl a few days ago and it was good. I just got food poisoning or something cuz past few days have been bad and the bathroom been my buddy these past few days. I don't eat out often so there can't be any other reason to me saying this.
I work nearby and literally eat at this location at least once a week. I order the same every single time. The lady assisting me let me know that now there are only 2 sides allowed. So I would just like to talk to management for clarification. I guess themanagers name is Gage. I'm unsure because he was such a coward amd would not even come let me know the changes, he left thenewer employee deal with what is now an upset customer when that is usually what managers deal with. He then told her she cangive me my 3rd side only this time. As soon as she comes put to relay info to me 3 more employees come.out the back to give me arude a glare. Unprofessional. Rude. Not at all how you deal with simple knowledge gap question from customers. I highlyrecommend asking for Gage to see how your luck is with his professionalism and/ or lack of customer service skills. Also yes Iwould like for general management to reach out to me to make things rite.
