Han's Cafe - Rockingham

Hans Rockingham really dropped their game. I've always ordered the same take away Chilli Chicken w Rice but the last 3-5 orders were very dissapointing.????. It didn't taste fresh. Not the way it used to be. So today, I decided to give them one last try. I even explained over the phone what it was that I wasn't happy with and specifically asked for "fresh food" I also found out there old cook/chef left December 2015. That seemed to explain the decline on quality and flavour of the food. So when I got home...I checked the order and it actually said "fresh cooked chilli chicken" " fresh cooked rice" Shouldn't that be a norm? Anyway. I got my take away...and yes...it did seem to be freshly cooked...but not much flavour, the rice tasted watery and the sauce was pretty tasteless and watery as well. I've never ever posted a review before in my whole life...but I do think this time "Management" should really learn and improve on what can be improved. If I was the Manager or Owner...I definitely wouldn't be satisfied with 3 Stars.

Service was terrible, took us to a filthy table even tho restaurant was under a quarter full, then cleaned table with dirty cloth (!) had to ask them to redo. food was ok, very cheap but just ok flavor.

HANS CAFE ROCKINGHAM, DISGUSTING FOOD, BAD MANAGEMENT, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.....DON'T GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT A BAD EXPERIENCE.  A rare lunch with my daughter ended up with feeling very angry with a management decision over paying for sub standard food and feeling very ripped off!

I'd love to give this place 4 stars, as the food is always quality, but the service is not incredible.
