These people are a joke!! Called due to fraud on my account to inform them that I did not make this purchase and to see if they could check the last 4 of my card that was used on file so I could call the cc company instead of checking 15 different cards and the lady on the phone is the dumbest and tells me,” well, it’s already being made”. So instead of canceling the order BECAUSE IM IN WASHINGTON ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE COUNTRY, she tells me there’s nothing that could be done. I hung up and will be calling corporate. I understand you have a minimum wage job but maybe you should be helping customers out instead of THIEVES WHO STOLE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION BY PROCEEDING TO FINISH THE SANDWICH AND HAVING IT DELIVERED.
