Subway - Rockford

The restaurant was quite empty and had an unpleasant odor. The server appeared somewhat disoriented. As for vegetarian options, most of the cute dishes were available. Parking was excellent, with plenty of spaces open in a lovely lot.

The customer service here is awful. I ordered my usual, but the cashier charged me $8.99 for a salad that’s clearly listed on the menu for either $4.99 or $7.49. When I asked about the discrepancy, the staff explained that she charged me for a six-foot salad plus an extra $3 for it being a "salad." However, that's just a simple salad with no bread or meat. It doesn’t make any sense. I definitely won’t be coming back here.

I cannot recommend this location. They fired employees after they tried to protect their belongings from being stolen. It's unacceptable. Instead, I will support a local eatery.

Does not accept any credits, but they have a sign to let them know. there are 3 other places in about 5 minutes.

I highly suggest watching them make the sandwich instead of ordering ahead. So many mistakes!
