Mcdonald's - Rockford

Buns were soft, pommes and nuggets were crispy. pleasantly surprised by our experience. worker said they were short-time servants, but they crushed it.

Shakes were great and service at drive thru was fast and friendly

I actually just called corporate office about this location. Used to eat here a lot and we have always had some sort of issue with rude employees or slow service. We have even had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for food when we are the only customers there. The ice cream is always down. And today I went and had the worse experience I’ve ever encountered by one of their managers named diane she yelled at me through the drive through window to pull forward after aggressively throwing my drink at me then slams the window in my face. And when I said excuse me she opens it back up and rudely yells what? But I just drove off. I can’t believe the way I was treated. I can say it’s not the first time we have been treated this way by other employees there. I won’t be back

I went to McDonald's in 11th Street that morning and ended up with 2 extra charges on my card and the manager said you have to deal with yr bank about that, so I feel like someone is stealing from the restaurant bc I go every morning before work, they could have handled it better, I was a loyal customer.

I only ordered some nuggets, but I must say they may have been the best, freshest ones I have ever had!!! The were so hot it took 10 minutes to cool down before I could devour them haha. Also was the cleanest and most modern McDonald's I have been to. Great location, great fast service, everything was perfect. Will be a regular stop when I pass through!
