Mcdonald's - Rockford

Buns were soft, pommes and nuggets were crispy. pleasantly surprised by our experience. worker said they were short-time servants, but they crushed it.

This restaurant review says that the table was dirty and the reviewer wonders about the cleanliness of the food preparation area. They suggest that the health department should investigate.

The air conditioning was not working and I have never seen such thick fries cooked at this location.

I stopped by this restaurant today and was disappointed. The wait time for my mobile order was ridiculous, at 20 minutes. The fried fish and fries were terrible, tasting like they had been sitting out for a while. The service was also subpar. Rockford may have a reputation for bad service, but today was a new low. I suggest avoiding this place until they address some of their issues. I don't plan on going back.

Shakes were great and service at drive thru was fast and friendly
