Cold Stone Creamery - Rockford

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff member I encountered was quite rude, rolling her eyes and hurrying through the service. I felt overlooked and wanted to take my time to browse the menu, but it was utter chaos. I even reached out to the management, but they didn't respond at all. Honestly, for an $11 dish that wasn't worth it, I would recommend going anywhere else.

The young men who prepare our delicious food are friendly, helpful, and truly talented! My favorite dish, the cotton candy cheesecake mixed with heavenly strawberries, was absolutely delightful! The staff is exceptional!

The ice cream was enjoyable, but I wouldn't recommend ordering a smoothie as it was quite watery.

I enjoy this ice since it is open with my son and my daughter-in-law and it is still the same big ice cream great service love come here

Very disappointed, workers unfriendly specially this guy who treats me unprofessional like racist. The company should make sure who work for them. I won’t come back again. Sorry.
