Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Rock Springs

The Giant Baker with Meat was really good! Wish I had received my Spicy Barbecue Sauce it would have been better. The Westerner Sandwich Plate was eh! The sanwhich was just meat and bread and the bread was moister than the meat and the bread could have been a hockey puck months ago! The sides were good. Did not receive the Mac Cheese I had ordered!

The sliced Brisket was cold, hard, and dry. the chopped Brisket was all fat and gristle, NO MEAT! I also ordered onions and pickles with the 2 meat plate, and there were none. and the 2 meat plate comes with 1 free BBQ sauce, and I ordered 3 more BBQ sauces. So, we should have had 4 BBQ sauces total, but we only got 3. Also, the baked potato casserole was dry and cold. I tried to warm it all up, but none of it was edible!

Dickey’s not only cares about providing quality service at the restaurant, but they take care of those in their community as well. Dickey’s hosted a large group of ours of about 20 people. The staff was patient and quick to get us all our food. Great portion sizes and a clean environment to eat in. Not to mention the food was fantastic as always. Highly recommend eating here and supporting a business that supports the community!

I would’ve given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the poor morale amongst the staff. I felt sad for them cause nobody seemed happy to be there and people started cleaning up and stacking chairs while we were still eating. It was like 7:30pm and they were open until 9, but then when I asked, they said they were closing early due to staff shortages. The food was great! Their wings are delicious, but I wonder if they’re supposed to be tossed in sauce or if it’s protocol to serve the sauce on the side? I don’t know. I would like to get carrots and celery with my wings, is that a thing cause I’m the picture it shows them, but we didn’t get them. The food is good, the people are nice, but everyone seems sad and it makes a customer feel like they’re a burden or like not welcomed

I made this order to be delivered at my hotel. I called 15 min after it was supposed to be delivered just to be told it was waiting for me. They then delivered at 8.45 45 min after it was supposed to be delivered. Only to find out our drinks was missing, fries where cold and socky (we threw them out) and wings where cold and 4 of the 16 ordered was the wrong flavour? we tried to call 4 times from the front desk, but no answer. 1 week after still no answer from the store.
