Used Drive thru so not sure of the atmosphere, but it's Dunkin....Slow at the window around 3:00 PM.Person in front of us only ordered coffee and it was over 5 minutes before they received the order. Ours was only 1 small order of

Manager was rude and unprofessional, no receipt given. No offer to take my name and number and get me the receipt. No apologies for the issue or inconvenience. DD has lost a customer forever.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and a donut, was given the wrong donut so went back inside to ask for the correct one. No apology just an annoyed stare before they silently got my correct order. Then after leaving unwrapped my breakfast sandwich to discover it was burnt. Highly

Zero if I could.No acknowledgment of me trying to order for quite a while. Not even a hello.I guess that’s the new normal given the self order screens.I needed help finding the selection I was looking for.This will be my last time here. Oh, and they gave me the wrong sandwich.They simply don’t care.

Grungey interior, concerned about worker hygiene, but helpful service. And good drinks!
