Firehouse Subs Dave Lyle Blvd

This restaurant has the best sandwiches at a great price. The staff is friendly and the brisket with cheddar is now my favorite. The atmosphere is amazing.

I honestly am disappointed with Firehouse Subs and have been telling a lot of people I know to no longer eat there or even try it.We did pick up and the little paper attached to the bag claimed that all our items were there. We ended up missing our chips. We found out after getting to our destination, so we sent some feedback. Instead of apologizing for it, we were told that it's a new thing they're doing and it's our fault that we didn't check the bag. This was from the manager. He did offer us a free meal, but honestly, who would want to go back with a rude staff that clearly doesn't care about their customers? I will never again go to a Firehouse Subs. It's upsetting, because I had always been told that they're a good franchise.I don't care if the food is good if you don't value your customers. I hope that corporate sees this and decides to really take the time to reevaluate their supervision in their restaurants. If they work on fixing that, I'd be willing to try them again.

I requested no pickles on my order of two sub sandwiches, however, they were still included when I asked at the cash register.
