Bidra med feedbackI honestly am disappointed with Firehouse Subs and have been telling a lot of people I know to no longer eat there or even try it. We did pick up and the little paper attached to the bag claimed that all our items were there. We ended up missing our chips. We found out after getting to our destination, so we sent some feedback. Instead of apologizing for it, we were told that it's a new thing they're doing and it's our fault that we didn't check the bag. This was from the manager. He did offer us a free meal, but honestly, who would want to go back with a rude staff that clearly doesn't care about their customers? I will never again go to a Firehouse Subs. It's upsetting, because I had always been told that they're a good franchise. I don't care if the food is good if you don't value your customers. I hope that corporate sees this and decides to really take the time to reevaluate their supervision in their restaurants. If they work on fixing that, I'd be willing to try them again.
Not again. We came in for dinner at 7pm. Not only did it take over 20 minutes to receive food but THIS was the chili.... I?ve had it before and this is NOT what it?s supposed to be. This was hard and burnt. I would have had much more respect and left a good review had they been honest. ?the chili has been in the warmer all day and doesn?t look the best I?d love to get you any other soup.? But would rather take my and have me toss food away and leave a bad review. Work on your customer service. Disgusting.
Worst service ever!!! Food was cold(steak and cheese sub),order was wrong, will never go there again, teen boys had a smart attitude. Too bad you can't give negative stars.
I always place my order online and have only had to wait 5min or more once. The food is always good .
They weren't overly busy but it still took them nearly 20 minutes for two sandwiches. Complete lack of urgency.
