Firehouse Subs Celanese Road

This restaurant is my favorite in town. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and even during busy times, they manage to serve each customer with excellence. Great job!

I ordered through DoorDash today and specifically requested no pickles on the side and no onions on my Italian sub. Unfortunately, it arrived with both a pickle and onions included. Additionally, my medium Coke was missing, but I can't hold Firehouse responsible for that, as it could have been the driver's mistake. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

It was a wonderful experience! The staff members were friendly, and the HERO sandwich was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was also clean and had a welcoming atmosphere.

The order clearly specified ONLY tomato and onion, but they added mayo and lettuce, which I didn't want! This has happened quite a few times at this location. Unfortunately, I'm now on the interstate with no option but to either eat this unpleasant food or throw it away.
