Dunkin' - Rock Hill

The donut was just ok. I ordered a lemonade. I was given a medium cup full of ice and a splash of lemonade. I asked for a refill and they wanted to charge me, FULL PRICE, for the refill. I declined and will never go back.

Have visited this location about 10 times since opening. There?s usually little to no wait. Usually it?s great, but at least twice my drink didn?t taste like it was supposed to. Sisi and Monty showed fantastic customer service and made my drinks perfectly. Thank you!!!

I was disappointed with my experience at this location. It appears to be new, but it definitely needs improvement. I placed an online order for pickup and was very dissatisfied with the quality. My assorted half-dozen donuts looked and tasted stale, and my sweet black pepper sandwich only had two strips of bacon on a thick, un toasted croissant with a cold slice of white cheddar cheese. I had to return to the restaurant to either get a new sandwich or a refund. They did remake my sandwich, but they didn’t use the correct bacon, so I still didn’t receive what I paid for. Overall, I’m quite unhappy with my experience, and they don’t have a customer service number listed online for assistance.

This restaurant has been on a decline since it opened not long ago. I've tried it multiple times, but the food and drinks all have an odd taste. It’s as if there's no effort being put into the preparation, or perhaps the staff needs more training, because the food is terrible, and the coffee is the worst I've ever had. I always end up going to their other location, which means I spend double the money and still leave disappointed. None of the locations in Rock Hill are good, and the food is just disgusting. To make matters worse, there's no phone number to reach them, so take my advice and go somewhere else. If you're a dedicated coffee drinker like I am, you will be very disappointed. And don't even think about ordering delivery, as it will ruin your day. I'm sitting here with this strange taste lingering in my mouth—I can't shake it off! Honestly, they should close all of these places down. Starbucks would never let this happen.

Today, I went to get my Toasted Coconut Donut, but they were out of stock. A manager kindly offered to make me two instead. People often overlook how much it means to feel treated special. Thank you so much for making my day!
