Extremely disappointed with stavros kebab. I had placed an order almost 2 hours before it had arrived, I called the store when it got past the latest delivery time and they had said they'd called multiple times and that they had left the food outside. no missed calls and no food outside my house. we had eventually got the food and it looked like it had been sitting around for ages, the boxes had holes in them (from clearly being in the box too long plus the heat), I had also ordered cheesy chips that had little to no cheese on them whatsoever. staff are extremely rude and had not been arsed about wether we had got our food never mind if it was in good condition or not. Will NOT be ordering again.

Dont order threw their website, they don’t get your order paypal take your money, basically stavros are forcing us to use the likes of just eats…. I don’t want to keep paying into the big delivery company’s. been going to stavros for decades but wont be using any more!

Orded chicken meat and chips with salad as I cannot eat Pitta because of wheat intolerances, arrived with pitta bread. 2nd time I've had this conversation with this Stavros establishment for 5 mins before hand, As soon as the food arrived I phoned up and specifically told the woman that she got it wrong and I have half a box of bread I cannot eat! then she starts argueing that I was in the wrong! Apparently I need to say no pitta,Wtf!I thought I was quite specific when I say...DONNA MEAT AND CHIPS WITH SALAD. manager was called back after the woman abruptly hung up on me and started shouting! Manager instructed us to just take the bread out. Unbelievable, What kind of establishment is this? Over priced and shirty staff? No rectification took place...they couldnt care less, as long as these fools have your dosh. this is contaminated food for me! another box in the bin! Thieves!

I've been ordering food from Stavros for years but I won't be back after what they served me tonight. Poor quality, greasy, tasteless, cold and a very small portion.

I've had the worst ever kebabs from Stavros when they used to be in the van. Tried them again now they're in the new shop and thought I'd have a burger as didn't want to risk a kebab. Got overcharged and was told the price on the menu is wrong and was overcharged over the top of the supposed wrong price. So £9 for a burger and onion rings when the same thing in my local kebab shop is £6.40 and better quality.
