Hungry Howie's Pizza - Rochester Hills

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza through DoorDash, and this is how it arrived—just the crust! I called to address the issue, and they told me that’s what I ordered and it’s on the receipt. Who in their right mind would order a chicken bacon ranch pizza and intentionally leave off all the toppings? They wouldn’t send me a replacement pizza or anything. I will definitely NOT be ordering from this place again.

When the pizza arrived, it was shifted to one side of the box, as if the driver had picked it up at an angle instead of laying it flat. This is the third time I've experienced this issue with the same young female delivery driver. I called the manager, who said he would refund my money. I returned the pizza to him, but he didn't seem to care.

I had the worst experience ordering from this restaurant. I placed an order for a pizza with jalapeño and onion toppings, but I wasn't even asked about my crust preference—I only learned about the crust options when I returned to pick it up. To make matters worse, instead of the jalapeños I ordered, I received pickled banana peppers and onion. I wasn't informed that jalapeños were unavailable, and if the person taking my order had mentioned it, I would have chosen something different. I will never go back! Absolutely never ever.

Your average chain store pizza place. Good deals. Love the Howie bread when it's lightly cooked and the pizza when it's well done.

Was there the night of Dec. 7th and the staff and service were excellent. Pizza was hot and fresh. We use this location regularly and never have any issues.
