Hungry Howie's Pizza - Rochester Hills

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza on doordash. This is how it showed up. Literally just crust. Called and asked about it and was told “this is what you ordered, it’s on the receipt”. Who in their right mind would order a chicken bacon ranch pizza and then say NO to all of the toppings? Wouldn’t send me another pizza or anything. Will absolutely NOT be ordering from this place again.

When the pizza arrived it was slid to one side of the box. It looked like the driver picked up the box sideways instead of flat. This is the third time this has happened with the same young female delivery driver. I called the manager he said he would refund the money, I took the pizza back to him and he didn’t seem to care.

The worst experience ordering here, we placed an order for Jalapeño and Onion topping pizza. Firstly, I wasn’t asked about the choice of crust, found out about the crusts only when I came back. Secondly, the order I gave was jalapeño onion and what I got was Pickled banana pepper and onion, I wasn’t given any information that there was no Jalapeños available. If it would have been mentioned by the person taking my order, I would have chosen something else. Would never go back!!! NEVER EVER

Your average chain store pizza place. Good deals. Love the Howie bread when it's lightly cooked and the pizza when it's well done.

Was there the night of Dec. 7th and the staff and service were excellent. Pizza was hot and fresh. We use this location regularly and never have any issues.
