Bidra med feedbackAfter clarifying that we had placed our online order over an hour ago, we were told to check the shelf for our name. Unfortunately, we later discovered that our order had been taken by someone else, which was another huge disappointment. To make matters worse, when we inquired about remaking our order, we were told they had run out of some ingredients, marking yet another failure in their service. At this point, we decided we were done. The staff provided us with a generic customer service number to call, as they were unwilling to assist us in store with a refund for our order. This isn’t the first time we’ve encountered rude employees here, but this experience was the final straw. We decided to take our business elsewhere, and I can confidently say we will never return.
Great place, Great location, I’m a regular who comes in weekly to get a bowl and I tried the new Al Pastor chicken and it’s amazing, it taste very authentic and this has to be their best meat of all time, I’ve never had a problem with this location, they’re always hooking us up and the food always taste amazing, not sure why there is so many negative reviews because in the several years I’ve been going there I’ve never had a issue with their food or service ever! Keep it up guys!

The restaurant was quite dirty, and the staff seemed uninterested in taking care of orders. The seating area was also in a poor state and lacked proper cleanliness. There was food on both the floor and tables, and the food containers as well as the surfaces where food was served were very unclean. This all reflects a need for better training and attention to detail. It’s disappointing to see that Chipotle's standards have declined. If this continues, it will likely lead to a decrease in sales, although the effects might not be noticed for about a year. I wish you all the best and hope you can improve the situation.
Absolutely unacceptable! I will never return. I stood in line at 7 PM when the staff announced they were out of lettuce and peppers. When I reached the counter, I was shocked by how filthy the food preparation area was. There were about 5-6 employees working in the front, but the service was lacking. I had to ask for a tray to carry my food to my table. The beverage station was dirty, there were no utensils available, no hot sauce, and hardly any napkins. Trash was overflowing onto the floor, and the outside bins were full and garbage was scattered across the parking lot. Both indoor and outdoor tables were dirty. I’ve worked as a cook, server, and bartender in seven different restaurants, and I can only imagine how unsanitary the kitchen must be if the front was in such disarray. I remember when this place opened in 2007 and I loved it; I even wrote a positive review back then, but after my experience yesterday, I’ve deleted that review. Never again!
