We got very professional service from the server working the bar area, and he was assisted by some other members of staff throughout our visit. The food was tasty and reallygood value, matching exactly what I would have expected at a Chili's. I would return to this location if we had the need to eatin this area again, as it seems we would benefit from similar service quality and tasty food yet again.
The waitress was very good and sweet. But the restaurant seemed dirty. The women's bathroom was gross! Very sticky floor and was dirty!! Guess it's a sign of the times when you can't get anyone to work! Food was ok
I just finished dining here and definitely won't be returning. Our order was filled with mistakes, including the wrong drinks and food. We had to wait for our drinks because the waitress told us they had no clean ones available. Although the restaurant wasn't busy, she insisted that she had too many tables to manage—she only had five, and their orders were incorrect too. When we asked for our correct order, the waitress was rude. She never checked back with us for refills, and the area under our booth was littered with dirty napkins and other debris. When we requested the check, she gave us even more attitude. I'm usually a patient and understanding person, but this experience featured some of the worst service I've ever encountered. I do not recommend this place.
The walls are filthy, covered in food splatter and stains from neglectful cleaning. The only seating available is in the bar area, which is plagued by a significant fly problem, including fruit flies. You'll spend more time swatting at flies than using the tabletop kiosk. The food itself is poorly prepared. My steak was served with an unpleasant blackened crust, indicating that the grill is not properly maintained. The nachos were soggy—either overcooked or left sitting too long—and the jalapeños were limp and lacked flavor, resembling outdated stock. The plate of southwestern egg rolls looked like it was thrown together by a child. If you ask for any extras—be it steak sauce, salsa, or guacamole—be prepared for a long wait or to simply not receive it at all until you’ve nearly finished your meal. It feels as though no one here takes responsibility for anything. I've recently dined at many Chili's because they are among my favorite restaurants, but this location shouldn't be allowed to operate. If the Health Department conducted an inspection here, it would surely result in a shutdown. It's completely unsatisfactory. If I could award negative stars, I would.
The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. Jake, my server, was attentive and friendly, adding a special touch to the experience. Matt, the bartender, crafted superb drinks that I thoroughly enjoyed. A big shoutout to the manager, who was very pleasant and clearly on top of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone! It's a well-run establishment.
