Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Rochester

Ordered a smoothie that has no banane in the ingredients as I am allergic. this smoothie came with bananas that I could taste immediately and then it had confirmed by my man when my throat and ears began to itchy. I have tried to call, I have sent an email, I have tried to contact them on any possible way. the load manager has never returned my email. good that my allergy is not as bad as some or I would be dead and they somehow manage to doubt that they have to respond to some wisely. not even a refund. I paid for a smoothie who could have killed me and they're coming away with it. I will never visit this place again, and I was regular.

Went there once, asked the clerk what they recommended as the sweetet item, and they said the Beach Bum was a good option for that. It was OK, but just OK. The flavor wasn't that sweet, and the ice blended for the smoothie added an unpleasant gritty texture. ? Overall I wasn't a fan, but this place would likely be a good treat if you are more of a health nut then I, so keep that in mind :

They are never open on time I just sat for 20mins and no one will answer you to take your order and you can see people inside working..and at 7pm drive through is only open?and i got a smoothie from them the other day it was like milk Poured over ice horrible service

This is really disappointing. Waiting for your order and the girl cleaning her fingers on the garbage can and keeps going making smoothies and repeat. use paper towels, rinse your hands..etc takes a second) Disgusting. And then they give you attitude if you don't give them tip. No way.

This location never misses. We went today and it was clearly overwhelmingly busy. The female drive thru worker (sorry we didn't grab your name) was crushing it and took the time to interact and tell us we could have her scan our phone at check out to get points which I didn't realize. Also despite how busy it was every item of our order was correct and delicious, so definitely worth the time it took.
