Panera Bread - Rochester

I visited this restaurant twice today for breakfast and lunch while waiting for my car repairs. The staff is incredibly polite and friendly. It's a great spot for a quick bite to eat. The place is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere, enhanced by a fireplace and nice background music.

Nappa Almond Chicken Sandwich: No almonds and maybe a tablespoon of chicken stuck between two pieces of bread with a crust so hard I could barely bite into it. Just two oversized slices of tomato. This should really be called the "Tomato Sandwich with a Tablespoon of Chicken."

Your bus boy Christopher Larkin is a great host a great person very friendly very personable always ready and willing to help truly appreciate that about this store especially when everyone else seems like they always have an attitude

Avoid this location at all costs. The food quality is consistently disappointing, and the wait times are unbearable. Tonight, with just one car in front of us, we waited almost 20 minutes. It's clearly not a staffing issue, as we could see several employees standing around, including one who was on his cell phone, which was both frustrating and unappetizing. If you're looking to treat yourself to a nice meal, I recommend going to a different location instead.

Ordered two strawberry chicken salads. Plenty of chicken and fruit. Yum! Also had a perk of 20% OFF because I'm a Sip Club member. Yes!
