Mcdonald's - Rochester

The experience here was creepy tbh. my gf originally got a mobile job that was picked up by the car. I ordered a burger, pommes and a sweet tee. the burger was hard like a rock and cold, the pommes were clear old, and the sweet tee was restless. so that I was put into a serviette until the place with the meal, a lot of the fries were gone, but really it was all thrown up and put in a serviette, as they extremely worried about me eating all my food, even after the explanation of this. the next big problem was the sweet tee, they were legit convinced that their tee had sugar in it. it was so bitter, they refused to pour and see their own glass. I even had my gf come in to taste him and confirm that it was actually unsweet tea. they literally tried to gasse me that it was sweet. it is a restaurant trusts me, it takes only a minute to check a product that probably only lacks the sugar, it is perfectly normal to screw that, but hey denied so hard I got just a refund for a single drink. I would have refunded all food, I had never eaten so bad and personal so rude

I hate this person, but normally I will spin it off, I have tried to be patient, but I have enough, I am very surprised how long mcdonald has taken as almost food service, if any order is either up, different things are lacking, or totally wrong I do not work in the food industry, but I am sure that after ordering and after the serrations I have been asking

I used to love McDonald's but they have gotten slack recently my husband went to get food tonight ordered a meal n extra side of fries for my daughter they didn't give him fries at all... burgers all dried out along with the buns wouldn't... I just don't get why they can't do their job the order is on a screen to follow n still can't do it right
