Mark's Pizzeria - Rochester

Unfortunately, this restaurant does not provide high chairs for children, so I was unable to dine with my kids at a table. Instead, we had to eat in my car. I paid $10 for two paprika pizzas (one with pepperoni), which I found to be overpriced. The pizzas were not up to par compared to New York pizza, as they were quite soggy. Being from NYC, I am familiar with the taste of Brooklyn pizza.

I enjoyed a simple pizza with pepperoni and anchovies that was made exactly to my liking.

I like to think of a disc from time to time, but today, 4/20/22, some kitchen staff were obviously moved that someone had complained about a late delivery. her talk was loud enough for all in the dining room to hear the multiple obsceneities of her a b * and fall several f-bombs. I found this very professional especially in a customer-oriented business. I will visit brand’s for the foreseeable future. Thank you.

Pizza for my youth group on Sunday ordered and it was wonderful! cheesy, saucy. thanks, mark’s!

This was my first time ordering from Marks Pizzeria, and unfortunately, they did not treat me like family. The delivery driver arrived at the complex and gave me attitude when I asked for clarification on which door he was located at, as the main door he claimed to be at was incorrect. When my spouse went to get the food, the driver was rude once again. As a result of the poor customer service, we did not leave a tip. The driver sarcastically pointed out that he wasn't given a tip, as if he deserved one. The pizza we received was tasteless, and the overall experience was disappointing. If I could, I would rate this place zero stars. This will be the first and last time I order from Marks Pizzeria.
